In a recent regional workforce and labor market assessment conducted by Wadley-Donovan-GrowthTech, LLC and Younger Associates, a hidden labor supply numbering 152,283 was identified in the Rankin County Labor Shed. In the 13-county Greater Jackson area, that number exceeded 200,000.
